In our fast-paced world, behavioral patterns taken from the world of the Internet or television dominate. In addition to all this, it is important to see the internal processes taking place in our personality.
Why are we anxious, why are we depressed, why do we have outbursts of anger, why does indifference increase in our environment?
Our personality narrows, gets stuck or generates unfavorable patterns. The correction is made after the lived experience. In doing so, the personality corrects itself by changing the problematic way of thinking. Art therapy seeks to restore our lost balance. It is a way of expression and communication that does not require artistic experience or expertise. Art therapy is about the process itself, not the product. This does not require dexterity. Here, self-expression is at the center of creation and creation. Then comes the exploration of our feelings and thoughts. This creates an opportunity to look inward and find out where you are and how you want to move forward in life.
