What is the life that wants to live within you? 🌈

 

The Ceremony of Letting Go 🌿

 

Everything begins with giving yourself permission for a better life. ✨

 

When you give yourself time to see what truly wants to live within you. 🕰️

 

When you start setting your boundaries and put yourself first. 🛡️

 

When you begin to believe that you are valuable and live according to those values, you will start listening to your inner voice. 🗣️

 

You increasingly believe that you are capable of anything, even surpassing your own limits. 🚀

 

And also to seek new paths to find what inspires you on this journey. 🌟

 

If you have all this, you will be able to seize the opportunities that inspire you to dare to walk your own path. 🚶‍♀️

 

If you truly dare to be yourself, you will say many YES-es to yourself. 🙌

 

Then flow, passion, and living your life the way you want will come into your life. Without anything or anyone deterring you from it. 🌊

 

Now that you've walked this internal path… 🌌

 

… are you ready to let go of a belief that hinders you from achieving the life you desire? 🗝️

 

… are you ready to say a big YES to yourself? 🎉

 


The Ceremony of Letting Go 🌬️

 

Guide to the Practice:

 

1. Choose a belief whose release will bring change to your life. (e.g., "I am not good enough.") 📝

  

2. Write it down on a piece of paper. Look at the sentence, and observe what feelings arise within you. 🔍

 

3. Play with your imagination on how you embody this object.

What do you see in front of you? 🎨

   - What color, shape, heavy or light, what material is it made of?

   - Where do you carry this object? On you, beside you, in your body, or in your soul? 🧠

 

4. Now imagine putting down this object. How can you get rid of it? Throw it away, burn it, release it into the air? 🌬️

 

5. Say goodbye to it.  If you've imagined how to symbolically free yourself from your belief, say goodbye to it, and tear up the paper you wrote it on. You can even say aloud, "This is no longer mine." 👋

 

6. Now write down a new sentence you choose instead. Let it be supportive, true to you, and bring a light feeling that says YES to yourself, inspiring you in everyday life: "From now on, I choose to…" ✍️

 

Allow yourself a conscious and harmonious life. 🌼
