- Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to reduce stress. You should walk or jog. These repetitive movements relieve stress. 
- You should drink green or lemongrass tea. It contains antioxidants. Omega-3 supplementation can reduce anxiety symptoms by 20%. These food supplements are useful for health. 
- It's a good idea to use essential oils or burn a scented candle. The use of scents to treat mood is called aromatherapy. This can reduce anxiety and improve sleep. 
- You should reduce your caffeine intake. Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses may increase anxiety. 
- You should try to keep in touch with your friends and family. Social support is essential during stressful times.
